This monument near Snoul in Kratie can be a quick stop on the road between Phnom Penh and Mondulkiri.
Built to commemorate the founding of the Kampuchean United Front for National Salvation (FUNSK), later known as the Solidarity Front for the Development of the Cambodian Motherland (SFDCM) in Snoul, Kratie on December 2nd 1978. The group would later oust the Khmer Rouge regime in 1979.
