Bousra Waterfall
Bousra Waterfall, Pech Chreada, Cambodia, Mondulkiri
The impressively large Bousra waterfall is a popular place to visit in Mondulkiri.
The falls has two levels, with the first gushing at heights of 16 metres in wet season and the second up to 25 metres. There is a third tier, however, it is inaccessible due to it being located in thick forest with no marked paths.
Bousra falls is a popular spot with locals who enjoy taking a dip and picnicking on its edge. It is not suitable for swimming in the rainy season, but can be when the water level is lower.
The area next to the waterfall is developed with restaurants and pathways, which does spoil the natural wonder. It also gets incredibly busy during the holidays.
