BritCham Cambodia is inviting people to join its Annual General Meeting (AGM) and annual update to catch up on its activities and vote in a new board.
What can I expect?
Attendees to the BritCham AGM and Annual Update will have the chance to learn more about the Chamber’s operations in Cambodia and beef up their contacts book through networking opportunities.
Opening remarks will be delivered by Ambassador Dominic Williams and BritCham Chairman, Martin McCarthy. During the event, BritCham Cambodia Executive Director, Jane Wilding, will present the Chamber report, including the financial position and an update on its membership, achievements, events and marketing.
How does the vote work?
BritCham Ordinary Members (those with voting rights) or their proxies will also be asked to vote for the new Executive Committee. There are 12 positions available on the board for re-election or election
A voting member is the Primary Member for each company’s membership or the Individual Ordinary Member . If Primary Members are not be able to attend, they can cast their vote by proxy. This means nominating another member from their organisation to attend and vote on their behalf.
Tickets
Every BritCham member with voting rights (Voting Members Ticket) gets one free ticket. Additional Members Tickets are $30, and non-member tickets are $35.
